CHAMBERS GLOBAL 2021 LEGAL RANKINGS RELEASED
Karel Frielink ranked Band 1 for the 12th time
Once again, I have been selected as a ranked lawyer in Chambers Global 2021 identifying me as one of the best lawyers in the Dutch Caribbean.
The Chambers Guides have been ranking the best law firms and lawyers since 1990, and now covers over 190 jurisdictions throughout the world. Chambers ranks lawyers and law firms on several factors and considerations, all of which are investigated by their large team of more than 200 researchers. Today, Chambers and Partners released the 2021 edition, also covering the Dutch Caribbean.
Chambers and Partners: “Karel Frielink is described as “extremely active” by interviewees. He is a leading light and advises on a wide range of matters including commercial transactions, corporate governance and related litigation. He is also the Dutch Caribbean representative of asset-tracing legal network ICC FraudNet.“
Individual lawyers are ranked (in their practice-area(s)) on the basis of their legal knowledge and experience, their ability, their effectiveness, and their client-service. Law firms and individual lawyers are ranked in bands from 1-6, with 1 being the best. The qualities on which rankings are assessed include technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities most valued by the client.
Karel Frielink (BZSE Attorneys at Law Curaçao) is ranked Band 1 for several consecutive years starting in 2010.
