Karel Frielink ranked Band 1 for the 14th time
Once again, I have been selected as a ranked lawyer in Chambers Global 2023 identifying me as one of the best lawyers in the Dutch Caribbean.
Chambers and Partners: Karel is a very experienced and outspoken lawyer.
Chambers and Partners is an independent research company operating across 200 jurisdictions delivering detailed rankings and insight into the world’s leading lawyers. The Chambers Guides have been ranking the best law firms and lawyers since 1990, and now covers over 200 jurisdictions throughout the world. Chambers ranks lawyers and law firms on several factors and considerations, all of which are investigated by their large team of more than 200 research analysts. Earlier this month, Chambers and Partners released the 2023 edition, also covering the Dutch Caribbean.

He is also the Dutch Caribbean representative of asset-tracing legal network ICC FraudNet. “Karel is analytical, very clear in his advice and practical.” “Karel is also a very good boardroom adviser.“
Individual lawyers are ranked (in their practice-area(s)) on the basis of their legal knowledge and experience, their ability, their effectiveness, and their client-service. Law firms and individual lawyers are ranked in bands from 1-6, with 1 being the best. The qualities on which rankings are assessed include technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities most valued by the client.
I have been ranked Band 1 for several consecutive years starting in 2010.
